What companies usually ask us.
How quickly can we move in?
Often the same day. Send us the period, city and number of people – we usually reply within a few hours.
Do we get an invoice with VAT shown?
Yes. Every booking is invoiced properly to your company details – and we issue the invoice before you book.
Are there single beds?
In all our accommodation. Working together doesn't mean sleeping together – everyone has their own bed, and in most properties their own room.
What is included in the price?
Furniture, bed linen and towels, Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning. Extras such as additional cleaning are agreed in advance.
How many beds are there per room?
From single-bed rooms to four-bed rooms – the choice is yours.
How expensive are your accommodations?
We do not offer budget accommodation; we want to make your stay as good and as easy as possible. With us you will have no problems with cleanliness, equipment or check-in – and if something does come up, we take care of it immediately. Even so, our prices are average, which gives you an outstanding value for money you will not find anywhere else.
What equipment do your flats have?
Every flat has a washing machine, parking (partly on the street), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, fast Wi-Fi and bed linen.
Can we extend at short notice or leave early?
Extending is almost always possible, just let us know in good time. If you leave early we find a fair solution – details are in the offer.
