About us
Standort24 lets furnished accommodation to companies whose staff work away from home – and rents or manages flats and houses from owners who don't want to deal with anything. Two sides, one team, one standard: being reliable.
How we work
We are not a portal. When you call us, you talk to someone who knows the flat, the key safe and the parking space at the door. That is the difference between accommodation and a booking number.
Our properties are set up for working teams: single beds, large kitchens, sturdy furniture, washing machine, space for tools. Nothing fancy, everything practical – clean and complete.
To owners we are a tenant who pays on time and looks after the property. To companies we are a landlord who delivers. Both only work if you mean it.
Founders and team
Two founders, one office, short paths: whoever calls us talks to one of the three.
Founder · Sales and operations management
Sven has been running accommodation for work crews for 4 years. What started with one flat is now more than 30 flats and almost 30 hotel rooms in 3 cities. He is the person to talk to when it comes to finding the right customers and organising the processes in the background so that they run efficiently and in an orderly way. He is also responsible for making sure our guests feel at home and are fully looked after.
Founder · Finance and real estate
Jaakow is the expert when it comes to finding new, suitable properties. He keeps an eye on everything and makes sure the letting business stands on economically sound footing. Thanks to his large network in real estate and the construction industry, we always have the right contacts when it comes to finding customers or new properties.
Office assistant
Saskia has been with Standort24 for 2 years and takes care of everything that comes up in the office. She is the reason Sven and Jaakow have enough time for the important things.
We keep our promises. And our appointments. If something isn't possible, we say so beforehand – not afterwards.
Enquiry via WhatsApp, offer the same day, invoice automatically. We like short paths.
Clear prices for companies, fair rents for owners. Both sides should enjoy working with us – the second time, too.
Looking for accommodation or offering a property – a quick call clears up most things.
